The staff were super helpful and always polite, making everything run smoothly. I'd give them a solid 10 for their service.

I expected a proper hotel but got a hostel vibe instead, which wasn’t what I signed up for. The shared facilities felt more like a dorm than a hotel.

The front desk, breakfast, clean rooms and fast Wi‑Fi were all excellent, and the staff were genuinely attentive. The problem was the constant noise at night—people walking, shouting, and banging things in the corridors kept us from sleeping, which was a huge issue because our son had surgery the next day and we had a long drive ahead. If they enforce a quiet‑hours rule, this place would be perfect.

The service was friendly and the staff were polite, and they replied quickly to our messages when the reception desk was empty. The only downside is that the listing didn’t make it clear it was a hostel, so expectations were off.
