The location is very quiet. The accommodation is really clean. The staff are wonderful and friendly. I highly recommend it.

“Friendly manager & beautiful property.”

The place is stunning, with a gorgeous property right on the beach. The manager was very helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist. The only downside is that it’s a little far from the centre.

“Séjour très décevant malgré une jolie villa”

The staff are kind and the hotel is within walking distance or very close to shops. Lamai is very touristy, the road is very busy and noisy, the beach around the hotel is dirty and the water is murky, stray dogs roam around. The house is very quirky and the view from the windows is of other guests. The road noise is noticeable.

“Great, amazing—it exceeded our expectations.”

It was absolutely amazing—a fantastic, stylish, spotless apartment with every detail thoughtfully designed, especially the private plunge pool. The location is quiet and the staff are great. Everything was flawless; we can highly recommend this amazing place.

The staff were very kind and attentive, efficient, and always ready to help; breakfast arrived exactly when I requested it, and the Chaw at reception was cheerful, attentive, and helpful. Nothing else to note.
