We had a lovely room this time; the hotel’s location is fantastic, the breakfast was good with the best view of the Hurtigruten Museum, and the staff were very friendly.

The resort is very beautiful, the room is welcoming, and the staff are courteous.

The beds are comfortable and breakfast is good, but the rooms feel dated.

Overall, it’s a solid spot, close to the center, with a range of rooms, studio flats or camping options depending on what you want. The Isqueen Restaurant, which is actually very good, is just a short walk away. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room is spacious and has everything you need. Some of the sockets were intermittent. According to the booking details, our room was supposed to have a TV, but there wasn’t one in the room: it’s not an essential item, and in any case we were only staying for one night, but it might have been useful for relaxing after a day’s hiking.
