The place sits in a great spot and I’ve been here before, so the parking is always a breeze and the breakfast is solid. A few staff members could use a bit more friendliness, though.

I’m not sure how a place like this can still be open. The smell hit me as soon as I arrived, and the rooms were even worse – I couldn’t even have breakfast because I was itching to leave this stinky place. Shame!

“A nice place to rest.”

The room was very comfortable, but I wish there were power outlets near the beds for people who need breathing aids like oxygen. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, yet the hotel’s proximity to a hospital meant sirens and helicopters were constantly in the background.

“Have stayed there before other rooms were fine. Just a bad room this time.”

I stayed for medical reasons and the location is great. Karen handled the check‑in smoothly. Our room, 219, had a couch that looked very dirty and a toilet that was old and low, but at least it had grab bars. There were band‑ages on the nightstand covering a hole in the wall, which I found disgusting. The air conditioner was on a whole different level – it was extremely loud when it kicked on, then made a loud moaning grind when it shut off, and the room felt damp. On top of that, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Rough!

“Health hazard.”

I didn’t stay because it smelled like cigarettes. The awful, outdated odor made it impossible to breathe, so I left. When I asked for a refund, they said no.
