There is a pool and the location is very good. The staff didn’t speak English. The rooms had no air conditioning and we had a leak. Breakfast was awful. The equipment was old. The jacuzzi didn’t work. The parking area is on the road. There is no assistance with luggage.

The worst hotel I’ve ever slept in. Usually I overlook minor shortcomings, but the reception staff were scandalous and extremely rude. This is the first time I’m giving such a bad rating. I definitely do NOT recommend it.

There are no capacities for services such as massage, facial treatment, etc.

The front desk was very unprofessional; the staff treated us like we were trying to sneak into the hotel, even though we paid a high price for very little service. The spa area did not match the pictures, and a lot of things were made up with AI.
