The food was delicious 💖, the only thing I could nitpick is the mattress—average comfort, though that might just be personal taste.

The breakfast was excellent and the riverside location was great, yet the towels were too small, not new, and there were no XXL bathrobes; the spa massage rates and restaurant prices were very high.

The location was great, but the staff seemed only moderately knowledgeable, occasionally unfriendly or tired.

I’ve been coming back to this place for years, so this trip really let me down. We booked two nights to unwind, but the nights were noisy, we had to keep calling reception, and breakfast on both mornings was riddled with service and communication hiccups. I left feeling we didn’t get what we paid for and I’m asking for a full refund for the two nights. I don’t want to rehash every detail again; just a review of the situation and a proper resolution would be appreciated. Thank you.
