“Very pleasant. It is my third stay there.”

The rooms were comfy and the hotel’s spot was great. I got there early in the morning and the receptionist tried a few times to take my payment instead of letting me pay in the morning, which was frustrating.

“היה פשוט סיוט ולעולם לא נשוב למלון הזה !!”

We specifically asked not to be disturbed until check‑out because we stayed late, and we hung a sign on the door. Still, a room‑service staff member came in at 09:00 without permission, nagged us obsessively to vacate the room before our 11:00 check‑out, and only left after we threatened to call the police. That disruption ruined our sleep and the rest of the day. The front‑desk manager in the morning did nothing to investigate or apologize—just ignored us—and I will never return to this hotel.

The staff were really cute, always available, helpful, and even upgraded us.

The location was good, but the rooms were old-fashioned like a hostel, with pipes running through the ceiling so you feel like sleeping in a sewer, moldy smell in the rooms, and every carpet in the hotel smelled foul with stains as if never cleaned for 40 years.

The location was fine, but there was no breakfast offered.
