It was summer, there was no fan, and the room was very dusty with a dirty bathroom.

An old‑school hotel full of character—definitely would stay again. The only downside was the location; it was a bit far out for my son.

My daughter and I got a last‑minute two‑night break that turned out to be a treat. The staff greeted us warmly and were helpful. The hotel feels relaxed and cozy, and the staff were very attentive. Our room had the most comfortable bed and felt homely. It’s so close to Pleasure Beach with great views, yet far enough away for a quiet, peaceful sleep. We loved it and it offered great value for money. The only drawback was the lack of a lift, which might be an issue for people who struggle.
