“Prejuízo”
I forgot an original charger worth about 200 reais, and they just said the housekeeper found it but the reception couldn’t locate it—so someone stole it. What a rip-off!
Very clean and comfortable.
The location was easy to reach, but the food was poor and there were too many noises during the quiet hours.
Good value for the location, but the breakfast could have offered more variety, including fresh juice and water.
“Muito fraco”
I couldn't find anything to like— the building feels old, the towels are so worn I felt like I was drying off with a baby diaper, and the room furniture and linens were terrible. The breakfast was weak and limited, and overall I was disappointed with everything.
