We drove from Sweden to Norway and back, and I would say this was the weakest place we stayed that matched the day‑budget we set. The hosts were tidy people who settled in as they called the cottage, we call it a guesthouse :) It’s more suited for one person, Max for two people, and for three it was cramped; if not for the two oddities I’d give it an 8, but I rate it 6 and will explain why. Basically the house isn’t bad, the kitchen is fine, there’s a shower, a toilet, and parking space. We have travelled all over Europe, even Scandinavia, and this was the first place where we had to rent separate white furnishings :) minus one point for that strange fee. After settling in, we were shown the rules for cleaning the house :) You seriously read that it’s our job, our vacation, and you can ask travelers to leave the house tidy, but not to list in detail what and how to wash, vacuum, etc.; that’s exactly YOUR job, and we’ve never agreed to that elsewhere, minus a second point. The hosts are good people, I believe they’ll learn from this.

The annex was super nice, matching the photos, maybe a bit tight for four adults.

Very quiet and pleasant accommodation. Everything in the cabin was well equipped. The host was extremely friendly. We’ll definitely come back.
