The staff’s welcome, their flexibility, the air conditioning and fans, the bed’s comfort, the nighttime silence, the hotel’s position in Hanoi, and the value for money were all excellent.

The central location was fairly quiet away from city noise, the reception staff were very friendly and full of suggestions, and the room size was adequate for a longer stay outdoors but still comfortable; the only downside was the shower, which lacked a bit of pressure and a drain to keep water from entering the bathroom.

“Excellent hotel in the old quarter”

“Parfait !”

The hotel is impeccably maintained, sits in the heart of the city yet the perpendicular street keeps it quiet. Tam and Ha were incredibly kind, gave great advice and took care of us. They arranged airport pick‑up and later dropped us off at Ninh Binh for the next part of our trip. The room was spotless, the balcony a real highlight, and overall I’d recommend it 100%.

“If travelling on a small budget i would stay again”

The rooms look very basic and old‑fashioned at first glance, but the beds are clean and the rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels for the bathroom; the price and location are very good. The staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. The entrance to the hotel is off‑putting, but once you get used to it it’s fine, and the rooms remain very basic.
