The hosts were delightful! We stayed in the king balcony room and it had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was picture perfect. The breakfasts were yummy, and they had a wide selection of grab‑and‑go cereals, yogurts, fruit and drinks as well. They certainly made our stay enjoyable and stress‑free! We had no complaints.

The renovated farmhouse was very nice and had a wonderful back story. Kate and Joe were great hosts, very knowledgeable about the locale. The back deck overlooks vineyards, horses, barns and pastures. Our room was very comfortable. There are 40+ wineries within easy driving distances. Lake Erie was beautiful. The train tracks are at the very end of the property, shielded by the tree line, and the train came through more than once during our stay.
