Good location, great service, hospital reception Noora was great

Only the location and Ms Girly. Our apartment was located near the garbage room and the water pump, which was quite inconvenient. The director read my WhatsApp messages but did not respond, which was disappointing. The cleaning staff, however, were friendly, polite, and helpful. The reception staff were sometimes helpful, but on other occasions, they ignored our requests. Overall, the experience could have been better if communication and customer service had been more consistent. The water pressure is inconsistent. When taking a shower, the water initially comes with low pressure and then suddenly increases in intensity, especially when using hot water. This is particularly uncomfortable for the children, as they have difficulty tolerating the sudden increase in water pressure

We loved the attitude of the receptionist; we arrived very late, and she allowed us to check out later the next day They arrived with a bed for the child and set it up—a truly lovely team. It's worth the price we paid; there's nothing to complain about
