Maison De L'Orb, an adults‑only boutique B&B in Béziers, resides in a historic building with a sun‑lit terrace, garden, and on‑site bar. Rooms feature private bathrooms, balconies overlooking the garden or river, work desks, TV, electric kettle, and wardrobe. Situated 15 km from Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport, it lies within walking distance of Saint‑Nazaire Cathedral, Béziers Arena, and Polygone Béziers.

The location, the view of the Pont Vieux and the Orb, and the welcome were good. The bike storage (stored in the entrance corridor one behind the other), the outdated bathroom, the small, low, and uncomfortable bed, and the breakfast needed improvement. A general refresh is urgently required.

The property was a short, pleasant walk from the station. Our host Mark was waiting on the doorstep and greeted us warmly, which we appreciated because we could have easily walked past. Our room was lovely, spacious, and had a huge bathroom. The juliet balcony offered a beautiful view. It was nice to have fresh, cold water in the room and the ability to make a hot drink. Breakfast was delicious, with something different each day. It felt informal, letting guests linger over coffee and chat with others and with Mark, who was a wealth of information and a very interesting guy. We were out most of the day, but there was a small sitting room if we wanted to sit and read. Unfortunately the garden was closed for refurbishment. Lots of information and recommendations were available. We really liked Maison De l'Orb. It’s a very old building, decorated and furnished tastefully to suit its age. The hosts go out of their way to accurately describe online the nature of their B and B, pointing out it is not a hotel. I can honestly say, however, that what it lacks in 5☆ facilities, it more than makes up for in charm, location, and friendliness.

The breakfast was decent. The cleanliness was lacking, and the bedding was pitiful (the bed creaked and the mattress was only 5 cm thick).

L'emplacement est parfait ! Un peu compliqué si on vient en vélo, pas trop de place pour le ranger mais les hôtes ont fait leur maximum dans la bonne humeur !! Déco très sympa et accueil convivial
