The place was clean and close to the city center. At breakfast, there was no hot chocolate, and despite having a machine, no juice was available.

I recommend this location. The facilities met my expectations.

The location was great for seeing the balloons and right next to the center. The spa and breakfast were good. The hotel feels a bit old and in need of renovation. The pool water was ice‑cold.

Everything was simply outstanding: the breakfast spread was huge, fresh and varied, the pool was massive though a little chilly, and the view over the rocks was breathtaking. From the hotel we could watch hot‑air balloons drift by – a real show – and stepping out onto the terrace right across the road gave an even better view. The location was perfect, under a ten‑minute walk to the town centre and ten minutes to the open‑air museum, and the price‑to‑value ratio felt fantastic. We loved the place, will return and strongly recommend it – thank you so much for the warm welcome!
