“Petit oasis de Pushkar”
The spot is great, right on the edge of Pushkar, so everything is within walking distance. The staff were attentive and the deluxe room was extra nice. Two thumbs up, though nothing else to add.

The property sits in a truly perfect location: close enough to the center yet tucked away in a peaceful oasis with a stunning view. The owner is very friendly, kind, and always ready to help and accommodate guests, making the stay even more enjoyable. The place is about 30/40 minutes from Ajmer, easily reachable by tuk‑tuk. I strongly recommend taking that ride, as the route is very scenic and offers an authentic experience. It’s ideal for those seeking tranquility, a lovely atmosphere, and genuinely special hospitality.

An exceptional spot in the quiet nature of Pushkar. We booked one night but stayed 5 nights. Our host was fabulous, kind, professional, and made sure our stay was perfect. We fell in love with this hotel; the rooms are basic and well kept but the setting is magical. There’s also a rooftop terrace that offers a beautiful view. It’s just a few minutes from the city center on foot or by scooter. We’ll be back ❤️

The hotel is comfortable for resting, and I agree with everyone that the views are very beautiful. On the first day we arrived late, and they still arranged everything so we could dine even though their restaurant was closed; they had us order from a nearby place. The owner is friendly and helpful. However, the hotel and room were dirty, full of cobwebs, and there were small rat droppings in the bathroom because of a hole in the ceiling that probably lets in visitors. The hotel is 25 minutes on foot from Pushkar, in the middle of nowhere. If you dine in town, the walk back could seem like a great option, but you’ll encounter a dark path (all streetlights are off) and we had two scary moments with stray dogs that barked and blocked our way. It’s the first hotel in India that didn’t provide a small soap bottle or a water bottle in the room, and we had to ask for water and were then charged for it. The worst part was being deceived at checkout. We needed a car to get to Ajmer train station and asked the hotel for one (the owner was still very kind). He said it cost 600 INR, more than the 500 INR most charge or the 400 INR we managed to pay on the way out. He claimed it was a very modern, new car that would help with our luggage. The driver arrived, and after banging our luggage against the steps, we discovered the car. It was over 20 years old, had no air conditioning, and the seat belts didn’t work well—just a terrible bargain that the owner tried to sell us.
