The place sits in a solid spot, but the price feels high for a room that could use a makeover.

The view from the room overlooking the marina was amazing, and the location is great for restaurants. The bathroom was worn out; I didn't like having to climb into a bath instead of a shower.

The spot is great, but you have to check in with a property manager instead of at the reception desk.
