Laundry is free, there’s a water fountain, and the staff are pleasant. The reception is open 24 h/24, and the location is quiet. It’s just a stone’s throw from the bus agencies, which is very convenient for leaving the city. There isn’t much charm; it’s just a place to sleep and leave quickly. Families are not recommended because of the immediate proximity to Bui Vien Street, and there’s a problem with water drainage in the bathroom.

“Kind staff, thoughtful touches, great location, and clean and comfy rooms!”

The staff were all very kind and welcoming. One attendant even made me a birthday card that she gifted me when I checked out. The location was perfect, close to local attractions but quiet. Free laundry! I felt very safe as a solo traveler, and this has become my favorite hotel in Vietnam. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, helping with both check‑in and check‑out. I was traveling with a small child, and they were very supportive. Thank you so much! The location is convenient. 👍

“Amazing stay”

Everything was amazing. The location is great, the staff are super helpful, and free laundry plus daily complimentary tasty drinks are provided. The staff did their best to make our stay great and they speak excellent English. We loved everything.
