I ran into some travel hiccups, but the hotel staff stepped in and helped me out even though it wasn't their duty; I hope to stay again soon.

The room felt hot and noisy because all the noise came from the ventilators on the inner roof; we arrived at 9 p.m. and the whole building was pitch black with no reception, so I doubted the hotel was even open; I had to call a number to get information about the room, and the elevator was not working.
