The staff were nice and the place is close to tidy attractions, but we had to request a room swap and were accommodated nicely.
The staff were charming and attentive to everything. The location is perfect, five minutes from the train station, the dining area, and the monuments. The breakfast was very complete and varied. If I return to Tours, I will definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect.
The host was very helpful, the room was comfortable, and there’s a garage on site for bike parking, which was useful for us.
The staff and location are good, but the breakfast room was too small; the breakfast was adequate but the pastries were dry. Nothing else to add.
“Hôtel idéalement situé, bien rénové, personnel agréable”
The location is ideal, close to a lively neighborhood with many shops and restaurants. Cleanliness is impeccable. The staff are pleasant. It’s quiet.
