I liked the attention and availability of the staff to serve us, but I was uncomfortable with the security issue because the reception was empty more than once; given that the lodge has two entrances, there should always be someone at the reception, because even though the place is quiet, it’s a tourist spot that welcomes people from everywhere and we don’t know who can enter the premises to disturb guests.

The hosts were super helpful and the work team was very kind.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, the lodge was very clean and cozy, but I didn’t like the location.
