The room was clean and seemed well maintained by staff. Staff were friendly and polite. The overall appearance of the facility seemed well kept, except for some minor exterior areas where cleaning could have been a little better. The water temperature in the shower and sink exceeded standard requirements; the hot water tap ran at about 140 °F, higher than the usual 120 °F. I mentioned this to staff and felt they weren’t paying attention to this feedback. This worries me because the higher temperature can cause scalding and potential burns.

The room was nice and clean, the outside area was tidy and a very nice place. I was here for a WSU orientation right across the street, walking distance. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. I didn’t spend a lot of time here.

No breakfast, the lotion is excellent, it’s clean and quiet!!!

did not have breakfast in our rate. Appreciated the ADA toilet. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only 1 chair. No ADA shower. our refrigerator was open and clean when we arrived but took our entire stay to get cold enough again (had not been closed after cleaning)
