The room is nice and spacious, comfortable, with good facilities, a private spa and sauna, and free parking that’s convenient. The glass ceiling is amazing, though it doesn’t really help with seeing the northern lights. Staff are helpful and the app for northern lights notifications is a nice touch. Hot water can run out and you may have to wait, and the breakfast is just average.

The hotel is clean, well designed, well located, and the reception and overall management are excellent. No complaints.

We really liked it. The cabins are nicely furnished and inviting to stay in. The staff were attentive and helpful. The scenery has that Northern Finland flair you’re looking for. Breakfast was good and plentiful, offering a mix of local and international dishes. We dined at the restaurant one evening and found it tasty.
