I stayed in a quiet room, the location was great, parking was available, and the breakfast was simple but good; everything else was fine.

“Katastrophe”

There was nothing to praise, but at the entrance a long queue formed, only one terminal existed for the electronic check‑in and the reception code; the code worked for the room but not for the front door, and no one could be reached by phone. An older senior couple was completely overwhelmed by the code registration, the front desk was empty at 15:00, and we got very nervous and delayed our appointment because of the confusing and cumbersome code process. Why not just send a code on arrival like other hotels do? We were lucky to still have the three‑month‑old email with the booking number, which was required for check‑in. The cleanliness was questionable: several toilet lids were brown‑stained—why not replace them with new ones?

The room offered plenty of space without any frills.

The place was spotless, the staff welcoming, the breakfast tasty, the environment calm, and the parking was visible from the room; the stairs were a bit dirty but nothing dramatic.
