The staff were flawless and the breakfast was spot‑on; the location is great and the pool area is top‑class. The bathroom left something to wish for – the mirror was oxidised, the mixers were stiff and old, the towels felt rough, and the grout was dirty.

“Muito boa!”

The place is conveniently located and comfortable. The air‑conditioning unit, however, made a very loud noise.

The front‑desk team was very attentive and the room view was lovely. The French rolls could have been fresher and there should have been more bread options, like croissants. The bar in front of the hotel was outrageously expensive – one portion of hummus pasta cost R$ 100,000. The room door needed repair; that should be checked in preventive maintenance. The window screen in the room was coming loose from the door frame. The Sky TV offered very few channel choices.

“Fantástico”

Everything from the facilities, accommodation, common areas, architecture and landscaping to the staff’s service was excellent. I liked everything.
