The spot is fantastic, just a 10‑minute walk to the historic center and a minute from Duomo metro; the new apartments are spacious, come with two air‑conditioners and a large bathroom, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The common area coffee machine sometimes shuts off early in the morning, but plenty of nearby bars open early; the new kitchen has an oven and microwave, yet it lacked basic cooking supplies like oil, salt, parchment paper, and paper towels.

The location is great, the apartment is very spacious and clean for three people, and Ornella at reception was excellent; the only missing detail is a four‑cup coffee maker—just a small oversight.

The location is very good, close to the port, city center, metro, and regional train; everything is within about 750 m, maximum 1 km. The apartment doesn’t have an electric kettle, so we had to boil tea in a pot 😄, or walk through the corridor to the shared kitchen area.
