TITAN HOTEL - Formerly known as Golden Lotus Central Hotel

The hotel is very cozy and peaceful. I’ve stayed here more than once and I really like it. The staff are excellent.

“No grazie”

The price. It feels like a nightmare, far from the 3‑star image you see in photos. We chose it only as a stopover in our Vietnam tour to get a shower before the second night bus, so it was acceptable, but otherwise I would have struggled to stay a night. The hall looked like a garage, full of motorbikes, with a guy sleeping on the sofa. The room was filthy, the sheets and towels were all stained. The stale air in the room was nauseating and the AC barely worked. The walls were all dirty and stained. The common areas—stairs and elevator—were even worse.

It was extremely dirty; I had to personally tell the girls where to clean, but everything stayed the same, everywhere dusty, there were men’s hairs right by the sink and inside, the toilet was dirty and the towels were torn with large yellow stains. Wi‑Fi worked poorly, and the staff didn’t know English at all, which caused some unpleasant situations at reception.

The pictures online were pretty, but when I got there it was a total disappointment. The front desk was the only decent part; the rooms felt more suited for a couple on a date than for a regular stay.

“Great hotel, terrible management, would not recommend”

This was a great hotel for the price. I stayed there many times. Excellent location. I was out for the afternoon and there was an electricity outage in my room. Management ordered staff to move my belongings to another room. The room was cleaned before I came back. Awful privacy invasion, staff didn't find my passport, credit card etc. My most valuable documents were exposed to room cleaning service
