The staff were always ready to help and pointed us toward a great local eatery. The spot is right by the old town and close to the villages we wanted to explore. Sheets and towels were spotless, and the mattresses were super comfy. Only one room had a reversible AC; the other two had heated mattresses, so we never felt chilly. The only thing that could use a touch‑up was the curtain and rug cleanliness.

The room was roomy enough for us, but the shower water was a bit lukewarm. We still found the space comfortable for a quick stay.

The hot water kicked in quickly, the bed was comfy, and there was a decent gym and a free washing machine. Walking to the East Gate of Old Town is just five minutes, and the staff were always helpful. The place was quiet, but there was no air conditioning – which was fine for the winter stay.
