Everything was excellent; we will definitely come back.
The kitchen at this hotel served up some great food, and the staff were friendly too. But, I was a bit disappointed with how they handled a medical emergency during my stay, and my room wasn't exactly spotless.
I thought the food at the hotel was absolutely great.
A comprehensive breakfast buffet for a good start to the day, a convenient location close to Rifflsee and the glacier railway, and a wonderful evening menu with a bar finish – we enjoyed our days to the fullest. Nothing negative, everything was great.
I had a bit of a mixed bag at this hotel - the kitchen is awesome and the food is great, but when I had a medical emergency, the staff wasn't super helpful. And honestly, the carpets could've been cleaner. Still, the food was a highlight.
