Leones de Alba Hotel Boutique

The location and design of the hotel were great. The shower in the suite couldn't handle a normal shower, it had almost no pressure and barely produced water.

“Great Location”

Great hotel in the center of Cartagena. Location is really good. We also had great breakfast. Our rooms were also fantastic, the kids had a lot of fun (we had the 2-storey room). Staff is very friendly and helpful

“Fantástica !!”

The staff were kind, the food was good, and the location was nice. I didn’t dislike it, but the room felt a bit small, had no light, and there was no bedside lamp.

“Great location and comfort, but cleanliness and facilities didn’t live up to the 5-star expectation”

This hotel offered a convenient location and comfortable accommodations, but its amenities fell short of expectations. While the bed and breakfast were pleasant, the pool's cleanliness and the shower's temperature control were major issues. Overall, the hotel's shortcomings made it difficult to justify the five-star price tag.

“Lovely Stay!”

During a brief but enjoyable stay at Leones de Alba, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Their attentiveness and helpfulness, particularly in recovering a lost piece of luggage, were truly appreciated. The hotel's breakfast offerings were also a highlight, with a generous spread and delicious arepa de huevo.
