The attention that emanated from every detail of the house and the garden. It’s moving to see how what surrounds you is an expression of the passion and enthusiasm of the people who made it possible.

Casa Doñano is the perfect place to stay after a day’s walk on the Camino del Norte. The hosts are so welcoming and go above and beyond to welcome you into their beautiful accommodation. The outside gardens were also a treat to enjoy a beer and the evening. I highly recommend.

The house is wonderful, as are the furniture and décor. The breakfast is superb! They don’t offer dinner without a reservation and we hadn’t made one, but we asked to use a small dining area and they gave us all the facilities, plus plates, cutlery, etc. Thank you very much!!

Precious house with comfortable rooms and a charming host. The breakfast price was a downside.
