“Hotel simple, bien ubicado, buenas personas atendiendo.”

The location is the biggest plus because it’s close to the main train station, Roma Termini (5 minutes walking). It’s on the fourth floor with elevator access. The rooms we got were good size, comfortable, had a mini‑fridge, and the bathroom had extra shampoo and hand soap. We had an exterior window, well ventilated, with air conditioning. Probably the best value for money, since in Chile the same price would get you a 3‑ or 4‑star hotel. The staff were very friendly and kept trying to speak Spanish. They gave us a bottle of water and let us store luggage before check‑in. They’re on duty all day and night, which is essential if you want to leave and return very late or very early. On the downside, like many European hotels, the bathroom has a toilet bowl and shower above it, so you have to be careful when bathing. There’s no hair dryer. It’s a simple hotel aimed at travelers who will only spend minutes in the day and the corresponding hours of sleep on site.
