I was impressed by how the owner, his daughter, and Mimi the front‑desk girl treated us, and the setting right in the middle of nature was a big plus. The room itself was fine, but given what I paid, I expected something better.

The place is unusual, a beautiful building with tasteful décor, a lovely pool, and attentive staff. Everything was fine.

The pool and breakfast were good, but the road to get there was terribly bad and the accommodation felt very old. We stayed for one night and had to book the restaurant 48 hours in advance. We couldn’t order drinks and had to take them from the minibar, but it was empty. That’s a brief summary of what we didn’t like.
