“Perfect”

We had a fantastic stay at 2Naples Rooms. The room was beautifully furnished, very comfortable, and spotless. Checking in took only two minutes, which was perfect after arriving in Naples. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, even arranging a taxi to the airport for us. The location is superb, right in the city center, very close to the passenger ferry terminal and just about a 5‑minute walk from Galleria Umberto I. Everything was very convenient, and we would gladly return.

The location is excellent, and you can see almost everything on foot. Water and coffee are provided in the kitchen, plus some fruit. Alessandro’s service was outstanding; he explained everything when we arrived and responded promptly whenever we needed help during our stay. The bathroom is large, the towels are good, and the room is a decent size. The bed was uncomfortable; the mattress already has a hole where you lie. The area is somewhat noisy, and you can hear a lot of street noise even though it’s on the 7th floor. You can also hear other guests opening and closing their room doors. One early morning, a staff member was on a loud‑speaker call at the reception, and we could hear both him and the person he was speaking to inside our room, which unfortunately disrupted our rest a bit.

Very well located, close to the main attractions. The elevator is very small but not a big deal.

The place is well located with easy metro access and offers free water and a public kitchen with free fruit. The walls were paper‑thin, and the guest next to us watched TV until midnight every night, so we heard every word loudly. Each morning we were woken by loud construction noises in the apartments, and we were not warned about it. There was also a hot‑water issue; we had to wait about two minutes for warm water and the pressure was really bad.

The location is close to the center. The small fridge is a bit noisy.
