“Ótima pousada”

The pousada was very well located and the staff was excellent, but the room was noticeably cramped and the air‑conditioner was leaking; otherwise everything was fine.

Everyone at the lodge was super attentive and friendly. The coffee was delicious and the location is excellent, close to everything.

The employees were attentive and polite, and without them I would have given the place a one‑star rating. Unfortunately, the room we were given bore none of the features shown in the listing – the walls were covered with mismatched panels that made the space look unpleasant, the bathroom door was glass so morning sunlight streamed in and at night the electric light was glaring, and our room was directly attached to the kitchen while noisy morning renovations went on for several days. Breakfast offered nothing for my lactose intolerance, so I ended up eating a tapioca with an egg that Michelle prepared with great care each morning. The receptionist Suellen is an absolute sweetheart; the inn wouldn’t feel the same without her, and the rest of the staff were equally courteous and made our stay much better.

“Dias de sonho!”

The facilities are nice, the team is friendly, and they take good care of guests. The breakfast hours are a bit restrictive and there’s no tolerance for lateness.
