We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with everything. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome and well taken care of. The room was beautiful, very comfortable and exactly as we had requested, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and everything we needed to start the day. The location was also perfect and made exploring the city very easy and convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and really enjoyed our stay. Everything met or even exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

The Shangri-La Ningbo was good, but it fell short compared to the other Shangri-La properties.

The room was huge, and the food at ShangGong Restaurant was delicious; our family left satisfied with Ningbo Shangri-La Hotel.
