It’s close to everything. The TV was poor, tiny and didn’t pick up the internet, the pillow was bad, there was no view of the street, and breakfast was pricey.
The location was good. The bathroom was an issue.
The place is great because of its location, but they don't serve breakfast.

The location is excellent. In our room the bathroom didn’t have a lock for the door, and the listing says there’s breakfast, but when the stay was finalized we got an email saying a breakfast fee of R$30,00 per person was required. We wouldn’t have taken breakfast at the resort anyway, because we always go to a nearby bakery, but it would have been nice to note in the listing that adding breakfast costs that amount.
