“Decepcionante.”

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious, the location was great. The breakfast and restaurant were very poor, almost abandoned. The gym had no exit to the hotel (the door didn’t work and even after I reported it they didn’t fix it). The bathroom had insufficient light and was uncomfortable, and there wasn’t enough toilet paper… It’s inexplicable that a hotel of this category has no minimum acceptable service and maintenance.

The location was fine, the bed was very comfortable and clean. My room lacked a mini‑fridge and the toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap) were of very poor quality. In the bathroom there was no soap, only the jar stuck to the shower wall. Both the room and the bathroom had very little lighting. I think a hotel of that category shouldn’t charge for parking.
