I loved the luxurious ambience, beautiful interiors, and the overall experience; everything felt so elegant and relaxing. However, I didn’t appreciate the rude and unprofessional behaviour of some staff; their interactions with guests could have been more polite, welcoming, and respectful, and I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves its service.

The staff were helpful and super nice, the food was good, and the room was spacious and nice with everything I needed, but there was some noise outside.

“Could have been better in this price.”

The staff were okay and breakfast was nice, but the room was not so clean, with dust all over the walls and cupboards; the fridge was broken, the fan broke on the last day, and I had to request proper cleaning all the time, which makes me wonder if that is the usual standard in Nashik.
