Hotel Santika Radial Palembang

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the incredibly helpful staff who went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable. However, I do have to mention that the smoking room had a rather unpleasant odor, which wasn't ideal for a non-smoker like myself.

The hotel's strategic location in the heart of the city was a major plus for me. However, I was disappointed to find that the facilities were still under renovation, which was a bit of a letdown, especially during peak holiday season when many people were looking forward to a fun staycation experience.

“Hotel is OK, the staff is very friendly, Room is OK, but the bath Towels looks dirty and coloured”

Overall, I was pleased with my stay at this hotel, with the room being decent and the breakfast menu offering a good variety of options. However, I was disappointed to find that the towels looked dirty and were not replaced regularly, which made me hesitant to use them, especially the bath towels which seemed to be used for cleaning the floor as well.

I had a generally good experience at this hotel, but my stay was somewhat marred by the price, which I felt was a bit steep for what I got.

The hotel's location was its strongest point – it's strategically located, making it easy to get around. Unfortunately, there's no negative to report, as I didn't encounter any issues during my stay.
