Die Besitzer sind ein unglaublich nettes und hilfsbereites Paar! Ich habe mich so wohl bei ihnen gefühlt und wäre gern noch länger geblieben! Die beiden sind so liebe, hilfsbereite und herzensgute Menschen. Jeden Morgen wurde mir ein leckeres, abwechslungsreiches und großes Frühstück zubereitet. Die Lage ist toll: etwas oberhalb mit guter Aussicht, dennoch ist alles schnell erreichbar! 🧡. Steht auch eindeutig in der Beschreibung dennoch der Hinweis: Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, nur einen Ventilator!

Everything! The hosts’ extraordinary welcome, the perfect breakfast, the terrace overlooking the Indian Ocean and the temple, the location and view, the calm, the lizards in the garden ;) the pretty flower garden, the green bathroom ;) the proximity to Unawatuna and Dawalawe beaches. The accommodation is very well equipped … Nothing to complain about!

A quiet family house on the second floor that’s also rented out. If you want to see how locals live, this is the place. From the road to the house you climb 39 steps, so it’s a bit heavy if you’re lugging luggage. The sea and sunset views are decent. The hosts are very friendly. Downsides: no air‑conditioning, so you had to use a ceiling fan. Mosquitoes are plenty, but if you lower the curtain, they’re not a problem. The breakfast is tasty! Not everything suits a Russian palate, but you can still enjoy it)) Overall, good accommodation! Mango, papaya, pomegranate and garden plants grow on the property. In the mornings, birds and squirrels make noise. Once I saw a mini‑lizard in the garden; the owner said it was a iguana. There are also two dogs, one friendly and the other chained in a cage.
