The receptionist insisted on seeing the original card that had already paid for the room and asked for ID. The rooms were dirty, and the photos on the website look like they were AI‑generated because they don’t match the actual place.

“Please avoid this property at all costs if you want a nice Dublin stay”

Nothing whatsoever. Two flights of stairs to main reception. Lady showed us to our room .this looked nothing like what we had booked .she showed us two more rooms which again looked nothing like I thought I had booked. I chose the best of the 3. The room which we paid for was a deluxe room .This was not a deluxe room.The TV did not work .the bed came apart in the middle .the window was broken and didn't shut properly either.The room was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned . If you expect to sleep you don't as there is a nightclub on ground floor open 7 days until 4 in morning with crowds of drunk people shouting under our window.Trams going past outside and delivery at 5.30 am of new kegs of beer for the night club . Utterly ridiculous for anyone to stay here we were disappointed and are expecting our money back
