The suites are spacious and comfortable, the pool and nearby beach are perfect, the shower and bathtub are huge, and the price is good for a hotel of this level; however, many ants appeared in the ground‑floor suite (they cleaned it for us) and it keeps happening.

The hotel is large and surrounded by lovely greenery, two swimming pools are on the Thai garden side and it's nice to walk from one to the other, the staff is friendly, breakfast is very good, and the hotel isn’t exactly in the center of Chaoyang so it’s quieter; a 10‑minute walk leads to Chaoyang center. The only downside is that when the air‑conditioner in our room turned on, a strong smell of dust hit us.

Our second stay here was perfect: a hearty breakfast, friendly staff, a decent room that’s not too fancy but modern, free water, snooker, a pool, a beach massage, and a nice gym; the only drawback is that the curtains don’t block out light completely.

Very nice overall, I've been coming and going for over 20 years, but the location is not ideal.
