The location in the Arts District was perfect, with plenty of walkable restaurants and just two blocks from the Tulsa Theater; the room was nicely furnished and comfortable, and the check‑in staff were friendly—basically everything we wanted. However, a neighbor turned on the TV late at night to a volume that kept us awake and could be heard down the hallway; no one was at the desk to help between 3:30 and 4 AM, and the credit‑card charges didn’t match the printed receipt, which was confusing.

The two ladies working the desk were amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable when our AC wasn’t working in our room. They were the kindest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. The AC in our first room didn’t work. We were switched rooms and it worked better. The lighting in our 2nd room was pretty dim. Would have been nice to have more lighting

Homeless people or drifters were in the parking garage and smoking right at the entrance
