The room was neat and the location was good. It lacks a washroom; a small washroom outside the room has no wash basin, so you can’t wash your face or brush your teeth. The room has no mirror or table.

“Only the staff were helpful but the facilities were poor.”

All the staff were friendly and helpful, but the facilities were poor. There was no washing basin, no proper shower, the light bulb above the stairwell wasn’t working, the kitchen was messy, the drain under the dishwasher basin was blocked, and the kitchen was flooded with dirty water. They need to spend money and fix everything.

Nothing. The guest house told me that no rooms were empty and asked me to cancel the booking, even though I was in contact with them. That is bad customer service.

Wifi isn’t available in the room, the wash is outside the room with no basin, and the shower in the washroom is lacking. Service.
