Suites del Barrio

“Pésimo servicio”

I was convinced my booking was confirmed, yet upon arrival they told me the room was already occupied by other guests and that it had been booked through Airbnb. They forced me to cancel and offered no alternative, so I had to find another hotel on the spot. Don't book here.

Good location, clean. Friendly staff. No window.

“Fue medio confortable, el personal atento, pero se escucha el habla de las personas.”

No breakfast service. The TV in the rented room didn’t work, the bathroom is very small and the water temperature isn’t regulated properly.

The location is good; it’s not right in the center but walking gets you there quickly. The staff are excellent, always attentive to needs during the stay. The bathroom lacks privacy in the toilet and shower area; hot water is a problem: initially it comes boiling and you can’t get in until a bit later, then it runs out in less than 5 minutes and turns cold; you have to wait 15 minutes for it to heat up again. The mattresses feel a bit old because the springs can be felt.
