The hotel sits in a quiet spot with a nice view, just a 5‑minute drive from the waterfront. The staff are courteous, and the restaurant serves excellent dishes. Breakfast comes buffet‑style with homemade pastries, and the property is pet‑friendly. The room is spacious but a bit plain, with dated furnishings that could use an update; the bathroom is very small and needs refurbishment. A broken blinds was patched with newspaper to block light.

Breakfast was very modest. The room was basic, and the bathroom was tiny. Air conditioning would have been welcome on hot nights. Dinner at the restaurant was good and tasty. The breakfast was sparse, and the room’s comfort was a bit disappointing, but for one night it was acceptable.

The stay was very good, with a very nice restaurant and excellent hospitality. The location is great, just outside the busy San Benedetto del Tronto with a view of the distant mountains.

The location is nice for someone who wants peace, perfect. It’s quite high up and only sensible for someone with a car. You can see the sea a bit, but it’s far enough to walk. There’s a supposedly good restaurant in the building. Some folks from the village came up there in the evening, so it seems fine, but we didn’t eat there. The room we got faced the back, a pretty ugly view of the courtyard and kitchen. There are four rooms, only two have a decent front view. The room itself wasn’t air‑conditioned, a nightmare at 40 °C, and there were cobwebs at the corners of the balcony door and it wasn’t really clean. The bed was very soft; the house is old and noisy, and the neighbor’s dog kept barking constantly. The bathroom is a disaster—so narrow that you barely fit into the shower. The host speaks Italian poorly. We were checked in via WhatsApp in a very impersonal way. Breakfast was just coffee, rye bread, and a few canned marmalades—ridiculous!

I found the experience wonderful, especially thanks to Vanessa! She’s a lovely, sweet, friendly woman. I appreciate her professionalism and warmth; she really knows how to behave. In contrast, I didn’t like the girl Alessandra—she should be fired. She’s fake and anti‑pathetic!
