The location was fine, and the staff were friendly during check‑in, but the room felt only a 6 out of 10 when we arrived after a weather‑delayed flight; the front desk phone was dead the next morning, so I had to walk down to ask for extra towels, and after more than 45 minutes without them I even saw a cockroach crawling up the wall, which made us leave immediately; at checkout the desk lady asked if we had received the towels, we said no, she apologized, and we left.

I love the hotel’s theme, the place was clean, the views were good, the TV was a decent size, and the Wi‑Fi was fast; it was such great value that I couldn't find anything to complain about.
