At first, nobody would help me arrange a transfer to Kunmingnan, and I was basically brushed off. After a senior staff member called in, they finally sorted it out and got me where I needed to go.

The spot is spot‑on – right in the heart of everything you’d want to see – but the room could have used a deeper clean; dust and grime were noticeable.
