Sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück wie das Essen am Abend waren sehr gut. Das der Lift nicht gelaufen ist

The pool had comfortable loungers. Breakfast was very weak, cold, and unappetizing, and the selection was minimal. The hotel had issues with the elevator, the air conditioning was non‑functional, there were power outages, and the corridors were hot and stuffy. The hotel is quite far from the sea, and walking from the beach to the hotel takes a rough 20‑minute uphill trek.

The only staff member who spoke English gave good service, unlike everyone else. We were the only guests in the hotel, so on the first day we waited 40 minutes for breakfast that they claimed was specially prepared but it was stale and unsatisfactory. The waiters and other staff didn't speak English, so you had to find a staff member each time you needed something. The front desk was understaffed, and we only received a thick blanket after two days of requests. Poolside cocktails were basically a privilege, and we had to chase a staff member around the hotel to get them. It felt like they were trying to "do us a favor" by letting us stay, but the lack of service and hospitality was evident.

The location and staff were all super friendly. Everything was fine.
